Sarahi Constantine Padilla is an associate in the Antitrust & Competition Practice Group in the Washington, D.C., office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. She advises clients and represents them before the antitrust enforcement authorities on matters relating to mergers and acquisitions and joint ventures, including cross-border transactions. She has also represented clients in other government and internal investigations primarily on the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, the U.K. Bribery Act, and other related anti-corruption laws.
