Benjamin Cooper is a litigation associate in the New York office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. He has represented clients in federal and state courts, as well as US commercial arbitration, in matters involving consumer class action litigation, commercial contracts, securities litigation, bankruptcy, and criminal law.
