Brando Maria Cremona is a capital markets associate in the London office of Kirkland & Ellis International LLP. He has experience in U.S. and international capital markets transactions, and mergers and acquisitions. Brando represents private equity sponsors, issuers and investment banks in high yield debt offerings in connection with leveraged buyouts, initial public offerings and other complex financings particularly in Europe.
