Katharine Cummings is an intellectual property litigation associate in the New York office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Prior to joining Kirkland, Katharine served as a law clerk to the Honorable Richard G. Andrews in the United States District Court for the District of Delaware. As a law clerk, she spent the majority of her time working on intellectual property matters.
