Sarah Curry is a corporate partner in the New York office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. She has extensive experience in registered and unregistered investment grade and high-yield debt offerings (both issuer- and underwriter-side), initial public offerings, ongoing public company reporting requirements, acquisition financing, restructuring and recapitalization and general corporate governance. Sarah works closely with large, Fortune 500 companies as well as smaller portfolio companies on complex, multi-faceted transactions addressing issues related to M&A, IP, private equity, bankruptcy, real estate, employment and benefits and regulatory considerations.
Prior to joining Kirkland, Sarah graduated from Johns Hopkins University with honors in 2009 with a B.A. in International Relations and French. Sarah also spent three years as a Program Manager and C.O.O. of an African development charity.
