Elizabeth Dalmut is a partner in the Firm's Washington, D.C., office, where her practice includes litigation matters before federal and state courts across the country. She has represented clients at all stages of civil litigation, including complex commercial disputes, civil RICO litigation, product liability matters, False Claims Act litigation, antitrust matters, restructuring, and matters related to the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act. She also maintains an active pro bono practice, including a variety of employment discrimination, immigration and family law matters.
