Overview

Guillermo del Río is a foreign associate in the New York office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. His practice focuses primarily on corporate transactions in the insurance and banking industries, having been involved in mergers and acquisitions, joint venture transactions and strategic investments, both domestic and international. Guillermo also has experience advising generally on Spanish corporate and commercial law matters.
