Jonathan A. Dhanawade is a corporate attorney in the Chicago office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP, where he counsels private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies in structuring, negotiating and executing complex business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, leveraged buyouts, going-private transactions, carve-out transactions, joint ventures, recapitalizations, corporate restructurings and equity financings, as well as on a range of general corporate matters, including corporate governance, executive compensation and incentive equity arrangements.
