Corey Dietrich is an investment funds associate in the New York office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. His practice primarily involves the representation of buyers, sellers, and market intermediaries in their secondary market activities. His secondary market experience spans nearly half a decade and includes traditional portfolio sales, preferred equity, fund recapitalizations and restructurings, stapled secondary offerings and other GP-led transactions.
Since joining Kirkland in 2017, Corey has advised leading secondaries buyers, such as Whitehorse, HarbourVest and Landmark, on over 25 transactions with an aggregate transaction value in excess of $7.5 billion.
