Richard Diggs is a litigation associate in the New York office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Prior to joining Kirkland, Richard served as a law clerk to Judge James E. Graves Jr. on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit and Chief Judge Denise Page Hood on the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan.
