Overview

Alla Digilova is a corporate partner in the New York office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP with a principal focus on capital markets transactions. Alla advises issuers and underwriters in a broad range of matters, including initial public offerings and other equity offerings, high-yield and investment-grade debt offerings, and private placements of securities. Alla also regularly counsels issuers on general corporate, corporate governance and securities law matters.

Alla has practiced in a variety of industries, including gaming, industrials, healthcare, retail, technology, telecommunications, transportation, life sciences and biotechnology.
