Dinan, Alexander Knaster, Edward Eisler and Tifosy SponsorCo LLC, an affiliate of Tifosy Capital & Advisory, a leading boutique sports advisory firm, and focusing on businesses in the global sports industry or an adjacent sector including data and analytics, media and technology, in its $345 million initial public offering
• BTIG, LLC in $200 million initial public offering of SHUAA Partners Acquisition Corp I, a special purpose acquisition company focusing on the technology and/or tech-enabled financial services sectors
• J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and Cowen and Company, LLC in $200 million initial public offering of DA32 Life Sciences Tech Acquisition Corp., a special purpose acquisition company focusing on promising opportunities in the life science technology sector

• Represented underwriters in connection with a $550 million offering of senior notes for Catalent Pharma Solutions, Inc.
• Represented the initial purchasers in connection with an offering of €500 million senior notes and €750 million senior notes for Mondelez International Holdings Netherlands B.V.
• Represented underwriters in connection with a $400 million offering of senior notes for Encompass Health Corporation
• Represented the initial purchasers in connection with a Rule 144A offering of $1 billion of senior notes by Resorts World Las Vegas LLC and RWLV Capital Inc.
• Represented the underwriters in connection with a secondary offering by IQVIA Holdings Inc. (NYSE: IQV) of 5 million shares of its common stock
• Represented the initial purchasers in connection with a Rule 144A offering of $1 billion aggregate principal amount of 4.625% senior notes due 2029 by Resorts World Las Vegas LLC and RWLV Capital Inc.
• Represented the initial purchasers in connection with a Rule 144A/Regulation S offering of $300 million aggregate principal amount of 10% senior secured second lien notes due 2023 by Flexi-Van Leasing, Inc.
• Represented the initial purchasers in connection with a Rule 144A offering of $1.5 billion aggregate principal amount of 6.000% senior first lien notes due 2024, €500 million aggregate principal amount of 4.750% senior first lien notes due 2024 and $2 billion aggregate principal amount of 9.000% senior notes due 2025 by Avantor, Inc.
