Andrew is an associate in the Environmental Transactions Practice Group in the Bay Area office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. He counsels clients regarding the full panoply of environmental risks and liabilities that may be associated with their business transactions, in particular public and private M&A or investments. Andrew also assists clients in complying with regulatory requirements in emerging areas of environmental concern, including those pertaining to renewable energy development and contamination from per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances ("PFAS").
