Overview

Miata Eggerly is an antitrust and competition associate in the New York office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. She advises clients across a broad range of industries before the Antitrust Division of the U.S. Department of Justice, the Federal Trade Commission, and Attorneys General in antitrust merger reviews and civil antitrust investigations.

In addition, she has advised clients on other antitrust matters, including issues related to trade associations, joint ventures, pricing and antitrust compliance programs.
