Ashley Eisenberg is an associate in the Technology & IP Transactions Practice in the London office of Kirkland & Ellis International LLP. Ashley’s practice focuses on advising clients on a wide variety of commercial transactions involving intellectual property, technology, privacy and data security, including with respect to intellectual property licensing, IT services, joint ventures and strategic alliances and research, development, manufacturing, distribution and supply arrangements. As part of this work, Ashley advises clients on intellectual property, technology and data protection aspects of complex corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, private equity investments, carve-outs and debt financing transactions. Ashley also counsels clients on data protection compliance more broadly, including with respect to the EU General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”). Ashley has represented clients across a broad range of sectors, including life sciences, healthcare, software, financial services, hospitality, media/entertainment, energy, telecommunications and consumer goods, among others. Prior to joining Kirkland’s London office Ashley was an associate in the Technology & IP Transactions Practice in Kirkland’s New York office. Ashley’s international experience provides her with additional knowledge on cross-border transactions.
