Justin Elliott is a partner in the Real Estate Group of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Justin represents both public and privately held clients in a wide range of commercial real estate transactions, including both borrower and lender side financings and restructurings; acquisitions and dispositions of interests in real property and debt; joint ventures; public and private company mergers and acquisitions; leasing; and development. As part of his diverse practice, Justin also represents clients in connection with a wide range of asset classes, including hospitality, industrial, office, retail, multifamily, specialized housing, and medical.
Justin was recognized in the 2019 edition of The Legal 500 United States for his work in real estate.
