Overview

Kate Epstein is a litigation associate in the Washington, D.C., office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Her practice focuses on complex trial litigation, on both the plaintiff and defense side, in federal and state courts across the country. Kate also maintains an active pro bono practice. Before joining Kirkland, Kate served as a law clerk to Judge Gregory A. Phillips on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit.
