He also represents clients regarding a broad range of general corporate and securities laws matters, including corporate governance, disclosure issues, periodic reporting, stock exchange listing requirements and stockholder activism. Additionally, Cot has experience representing private equity sponsors and other companies in mergers and acquisitions, recapitalizations and restructurings.
