Natalie Flechsig is an intellectual property litigation associate in the San Francisco office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Natalie focuses on patent, copyright, and trademark infringement, trade secret misappropriation, and other intellectual property-related litigation. She has worked on cases in state court, federal court (including the Federal Circuit), and the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB). Natalie has experience working with both fact and expert witnesses and a wide range of technologies, including medical devices, solar panels, wireless networks, RFID systems, and semiconductors.
