Rebecca Forrestal is a litigation associate in the Washington, D.C., office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Her practice focuses on complex commercial litigation and government and internal investigations. She has represented corporate clients at all stages of litigation and at trial in matters involving a range of subject areas, including breach of contract, antitrust litigation, class actions, labor and employment, civil antitrust, mergers and acquisitions, business torts, and government contracting. Through her work, Rebecca has experience with the False Claims Act and the Bank Secrecy Act. Rebecca also maintains a diverse and active pro bono practice, including cases dealing with immigration detention and higher education desegregation.
