Rebecca Forrestal is a litigation associate in the Washington, D.C., office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Her practice focuses on complex commercial litigation and government and internal investigations. She has represented corporate clients in matters involving a range of subject areas, including breach of contract, labor and employment, mergers and acquisitions, business torts, and government contracting. Through her work, Rebecca has experience with the False Claims Act and the Bank Secrecy Act. Rebecca also maintains a diverse and active pro bono practice.
