Bristow Group Inc. (NYSE: BRS) on its all-stock business combination with Era Group Inc. (NYSE: ERA).
EIG Global Energy Partners in a $400 million preferred equity investment in NGL Energy Partners LP to finance the acquisition of produced water pipeline transportation and disposal assets from Mesquite Disposals Unlimited, LLC.
EXCO Resources, Inc. in connection with its Chapter 11 restructuring in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Texas.
EIG Global Energy Partners and KKR in the cross-border restructuring of Bellatrix Corporation, an exploration and production company based in Calgary.
Parker Drilling Company and certain of its affiliates in connection with its prearranged Chapter 11 restructuring in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Texas.

Inc. in its sale to Island Energy Services, LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of One Rock Capital Partners, LP, of all of Chevron's refining, distribution, and retail assets located in Hawaii, including the 58,000 barrel-per-day refinery in Kapolei, interests in a network of 58 retail service stations, four product distribution terminals on Oahu, Maui, Kauai, and Hawaii Island, pipeline distribution systems, and other related downstream assets statewide.
The Southern Company in its acquisition from Kinder Morgan of a 50 percent equity interest in the 7,600-mile Southern Natural Gas pipeline system.
Texas Gulf Coast Veterinary Specialists, P.L.L.C. in its sale of substantially all of its assets to Veterinary Specialists of North America LLC and its affiliates, part of the Compassion-First Pet Hospitals network and a portfolio company of Quad-C.
