Casey Fronk is an accomplished trial and appellate lawyer who has been praised by clients for his insight, judgment, and analytical skills. While often recognized for his experience in securities and shareholder litigation, Casey’s practice spans a wide variety of areas and industries. In recent years, Casey has taken lead roles for clients in “bet-the-company” antitrust litigation, False Claims Act litigation, and consumer fraud lawsuits. Casey also has significant experience defending complex commercial litigation, accountant liability suits, and ERISA actions.

In addition to his broad civil litigation practice, Casey has represented Fortune 500 companies in confidential internal investigations in both the U.S. and abroad, often dealing with technical financial accounting issues and compliance with the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act. He also advises multinational clients on anti-corruption and anti-money laundering risk assessments and due diligence for investments abroad.
