Alan Fu is an intellectual property litigation associate in the San Francisco office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP.

Prior to attending law school, Alan interned in the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office where he worked with a Supervisory Patent Examiner (SPE) to examine patent applications and write office actions in an electric heating art unit.
