Jacky is an associate in the disputes resolution team in the Hong Kong office of Kirkland & Ellis. He is particularly experienced in arbitrations (including emergency arbitrations), arbitration related court proceedings (including injunctions in support of arbitration and enforcement proceedings) and cross border disputes under major institutional rules, including HKIAC, ICC and ICSID.

Prior to joining Kirkland & Ellis, Jacky worked in another international law firm where he advised clients (both States and corporates) on a wide range of complex commercial and investment treaty related disputes involving multiple jurisdictions, including Hong Kong, England, Australia, Pakistan, India and Taiwan.

Being passionate about development of arbitration, he is also one of the two Editorial Assistants for the Asian Dispute Review - a quarterly journal sponsored by the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre, the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (East Asia Branch), the Hong Kong Institute of Arbitrators and the Hong Kong Mediation Council.
