Sarah Gabriel is a corporate partner in the Chicago office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Sarah has extensive experience counseling publicly-traded corporations and private equity funds and their portfolio companies on SEC compliance, Exchange Act periodic reporting and disclosure, stock exchange requirements, corporate governance matters and M&A. Sarah is able to draw on her in-house experience as a General Counsel, Chief Compliance Officer and VP Securities in advising clients.
