Nicholas M. Gallagher is an associate in the Washington, D.C., office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. His practice focuses primarily on issues and appellate litigation. Nicholas has authored briefs on constitutional issues and performed work in complex commercial litigation.

Before joining Kirkland, Nicholas served as a law clerk to Judge Danny J. Boggs of the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. He is a graduate of NYU Law School and Oxford University.
