Timothy Gilman's practice focuses on providing the highest quality results for his clients in patent and other intellectual property matters. While concentrating on litigation and trial work, he also routinely counsels clients on negotiation and licensing efforts and on portfolio-level strategies. In addition to robust experience in U.S. courts, Tim has tackled international IP issues through arbitrations and through coordinating counterpart proceedings across the globe. Leveraging his background in chemistry, Tim's representations have spanned a range of technologies and industries, including representing Fortune 500 companies in oilfield services, chemicals and industrial manufacturing, semiconductor and computer technology, biotechnology, pharmaceuticals and medical devices.
