Advising Warburg Pincus on its minority investment in Visma, a leading provider of business-critical software, in a transaction valuing the business at an enterprise value of $12.2 billion.
Advising AbbVie on its $63 billion acquisition of Allergan.
Advising GlaxoSmithKline plc on its transaction with Pfizer Inc. to combine their consumer healthcare businesses in a new world-leading joint venture, with combined sales of approximately $12.7 billion.
Advising Spectrum Brands on its $2 billion carve-out sale of its global consumer battery business to Energizer.
Advising Francisco Partners on its US$3.4 billion acquisition of VeriFone Systems, Inc.
Advising a private equity sponsor on several acquisitions and sales in the software sector.
Prior to joining Kirkland, Jordan worked on the following matters:
Advising the London Stock Exchange Group in respect of its proposed merger with Deutsche Boerse; EU Phase II investigation.
