Felicity Godik is a tax associate in the London office of Kirkland & Ellis International LLP.

Felicity has worked on a wide range tax matters, including investment fund structuring, corporate and private equity transactions, reorganisations, leveraged finance matters, tax litigation and the financing of distressed debt portfolios.

Nordic Capital on the closing of its €1.2 billion Nordic Capital Evolution Fund 

Oaktree Capital Management on multiple matters, including on:
