Jeff Golden's practice is focused primarily on the representation of private equity funds in all aspects of their business, with particular emphasis on acquisitions and divestitures. Representative clients include FTV Capital, HGGC, Vector Capital, P4G Capital, Centerview Capital, Tower Arch Capital, Vista Equity Partners, and Luminate Capital among others. In addition, Jeff has represented participants and financial advisors involved in numerous transactions, including negotiated and hostile acquisitions of public companies, negotiated sales of private companies, subsidiaries and divisions, formation of joint ventures, asset sales and similar transactions.
