Gavin Gordon is a partner in the private equity group in Kirkland’s London office. He focuses his practice on leveraged buy-outs, mergers and acquisitions, and infrastructure transactions. He has advised private equity funds and corporate clients on cross-border mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance transactions.
Gavin is rated as a “leading individual” in Private Equity by Legal 500 and as a leading private equity lawyer in a number of publications including Chambers & Partners, IFLR and Super Lawyers.
