Liliya Gritsenko is a corporate associate in the Los Angeles office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Her practice focuses on representing private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies in a range of corporate financing transactions, including acquisition financings for leveraged buyouts, refinancings, asset-based credit facilities, subscription lines and other fund-level financing facilities. Prior to joining Kirkland’s finance group, she focused her practice on restructuring.
