Caroline B. Grossman is a corporate attorney in the Chicago office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. She concentrates her practice on advising private equity firms and public and private companies in structuring and negotiating complex business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, restructurings and recapitalizations, leveraged buyouts, minority equity investments, and equity incentive arrangements. She also counsels clients on a range of general corporate matters.
