Blake Halperin is an associate in the global Investment Funds Group of Kirkland & Ellis LLP.

He represents buyers and sellers in connection with complex secondary transactions, including traditional sales and purchases of fund interests, secondary direct transactions, fund recapitalizations and restructurings and “stapled” secondary transactions.

In addition, Blake represents sponsors of private investment funds in fund formation, structuring and management, and he represents institutional investors in making primary investments in private investment funds.
