Caleb Hanlon is an associate in the Investment Funds Practice Group of the corporate department. His practice focuses on the financial services industry, including private investment funds, investment advisers and investment companies (open- and closed-end funds), advising clients on a range of transactional and regulatory matters, including the formation, offering and operation of registered and exempt funds. He also has experience representing institutional investors of private funds.
