Chadwick Harper is an associate in the Washington, D.C., office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Before joining Kirkland, Chadwick served as a law clerk to Judge Andrew S. Oldham of the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit and Judge Kevin C. Newsom of the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.
