Mike Hart-Slattery is an associate in the Washington, D.C., office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP, where he is a member of the Investment Funds group. His practice focuses on securities regulation, with particular emphasis on regulatory matters related to the structuring, management, and operation of investment advisers, private funds, and registered investment funds.
Prior to law school, Mike was an associate in the passive equity group of a large investment adviser and, before that, he was a pricing specialist, focusing on the valuation of registered investment products, at a large financial services company. Mike is a CFA charterholder.
