Warren Haskel represents clients in commercial litigation and arbitrations in a wide variety of industries, including health care, consumer products, technology, financial services, and private equity. His cases for these clients have included breach of contract and cases arising under ERISA, antitrust, RICO, consumer protection, and bankruptcy laws.
