Annie represents clients before the EU Commission and UK Competition and Markets Authority and her practice covers all aspects of EU and UK competition law. Annie advises a wide range of corporate and private equity clients on EU and multi-jurisdictional merger control, foreign investment filings, EU and UK cartel investigations, behavioural issues and compliance matters.
Annie was recognised by The Legal 500 as a ‘Next Generation Partner’ (2021) and a ‘Rising Star’ (2020). Annie was also recognised by Who’s Who Legal as a ‘Leader’ (2021), ‘Future Leader’ (2020) where she was noted as one of only four UK practitioners for her great ‘capacity to quickly understand the client’s business and form credible views’.
