Annie represents clients before the EU Commission and UK Competition and Markets Authority and her practice covers all aspects of EU and UK competition law. Annie advises a wide range of corporate and private equity clients on EU and multi-jurisdictional merger control, foreign investment filings, EU and UK cartel investigations, behavioural issues and compliance matters.

Annie was recognised by The Legal 500 as a ‘Next Generation Partner’ (2021) and a ‘Rising Star’ (2020). She was also recognised by Who’s Who Legal in ‘Competition’ (2021) and as a ‘Future Leader’ (2020) and featured in Management Today’s 35 Women Under 35 (2020), which celebrates the top 35 female business talent in the U.K. under 35.
