Tom Hillebrand is a corporate associate in the Houston office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. His practice focuses on acquisitions, divestitures and other commercial matters for companies operating and investing in the upstream and midstream oil and gas sector. Tom’s transactional experience includes advising clients in connection with complex acquisitions and divestitures, oil and gas transportation and gathering agreements, and other upstream and midstream commercial transactions.

Tom is also an adjunct professor at The University of Texas School of Law where he teaches a course on transactional law and related skills entitled “Doing Deals.”
