Rachel Holland (formerly, Rachel MacDonald) is a corporate associate in the New York office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Her practice primarily focuses on representing public and private companies and strategic private equity clients in connection with a variety of corporate transactions, including domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, reorganizations and equity syndication. Rachel also counsels clients with respect to corporate governance, general corporate and securities law matters.
