Jordan Hughes is a corporate attorney in the Chicago office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. He concentrates his practice on advising private investors and family offices. Jordan helps families navigate key considerations for setting up a family office, including structure types, employee incentive programs, regulatory requirements and the efficient deployment of long-term capital into investable assets. In addition to executing family office plans, Jordan's practice focuses on complex business transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, recapitalizations, divestitures and private-equity style investments for both private clients and family offices.
