R. Charles Inclan is a corporate associate in the Dallas office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Charlie regularly represents both public and private companies as well as private equity sponsors in a variety of complex business transactions, including mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, leveraged buyouts, carve-outs, and de-SPAC transactions. Charlie is frequently called upon to advise on corporate transactions involving healthcare regulatory matters.

Charlie advises clients on various healthcare-related issues, including state laws related to the corporate practice of medicine, licensure, federal healthcare fraud and abuse laws such as the Anti-Kickback Statute and the Stark Law, enrollment and reimbursement, and other related regulatory matters. Charlie also routinely counsels clients on compliance with HIPAA's Privacy, Security, and Breach Notification Rules.
