Anna Jackson is an associate in Kirkland’s IP Litigation team in London. Anna has a broad range of intellectual property experience, with particular experience in cross-border patent disputes. She has experience of patent infringement and SPC litigation in the English High Court, Court of Appeal and Supreme Court.
Anna’s experience covers a range of life sciences, technology and industrials disputes. She also has non-contentious life sciences regulatory and transactional experience.
In addition, Anna also has experience of disputes in international arbitration, acting for clients in LCIA and ICC arbitrations.
