David Jiang is an intellectual property associate whose work focuses primarily on patent litigation. He routinely works on life sciences patent cases, involving small molecules and biologics. David has experience in various stages of litigation, including initial pre-suit analysis and strategy, fact discovery, post-trial briefing, and judgment enforcement. In addition to his litigation experience, David has experience with IP due diligence.
David is also involved in several of the firm's pro bono programs, including advocating for a person seeking asylum in the United States and assisting with a case before the Illinois Torture Inquiry and Relief Commission.
