Overview

Jacob Johnston is a litigation partner in Kirkland’s San Francisco office. His practice focuses principally on complex commercial litigation in federal and state courts. Jacob has represented public and private companies, foreign sovereigns, and individuals in a variety of matters, including securities litigation, breach of contract cases, consumer class actions, restructuring and bankruptcy-related disputes, judgment enforcement proceedings, employment-related disputes, and antitrust and unfair competition cases. Before joining Kirkland, Jacob practiced in the New York office of another international law firm.
