- Appellate litigation involving interstate natural gas pipeline permitting issues, including FERC certificates under NGA section 7, water quality certifications under Section 401 of the Clean Water Act, the adequacy of federal agency's reviews under the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), and eminent domain authority under NGA section 7(h).
- FERC's notice of inquiry regarding its policy on the certification of new interstate natural gas facilities.
- FERC proceedings on the recovery of income tax costs in interstate natural gas pipeline rates, including implementing the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act and FERC's policy for the recovery of income tax costs for master limited partnerships.
- FERC's notice of inquiry on its return on equity policy for new and existing jurisdictional facilities.
- FERC's DOE NOPR and follow-up grid resilience proceedings.
- Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration gas pipeline safety rulemaking proceedings, including the gas transmission rulemaking and gas storage safety rulemaking.
