Britany Kabakov is a litigation associate in the Chicago office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Her practice focuses on a wide range of complex commercial disputes and government investigations. Her experience includes internal investigations, toxic tort, product liability, insurance, and breach of contract.
Britany also maintains an active pro bono practice. She has worked on election law, housing, prisoner rights, and human trafficking cases. While in law school, Britany was a judicial extern for U.S. Magistrate Judge Andrew G. Schopler of the United States District Court for the Southern District of California. She also volunteered in the Abrams Environmental Law Clinic and the Legal Aid Society of San Diego's, Domestic Violence Clinic.
