Karim Kassam is a restructuring partner in the London office of Kirkland & Ellis International LLP. Karim has experience in cross-border restructurings advising debtors, creditors and strategic investors on restructurings of stressed and distressed businesses.
Karim acts on financing transactions across a broad spectrum of capital structures, in particular in relation to event-driven financings and financial restructurings.
