Charlie Kassir is an employment and labor associate in the Washington, D.C., office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Charlie primarily practices transactional employment and labor law by assisting clients on national and international corporate transactions, counseling clients on post-acquisition and restructuring-related issues, and negotiating and drafting complex employment-related agreements. Charlie also counsels clients on the enforceability of restrictive covenants, union matters, employment-related policies, and other labor and employment issues. Charlie’s approach to counseling and transactional matters is enhanced by his experience litigating issues in U.S. federal and state courts, arbitration, and before regulatory bodies.
