Sabreena Khalid is a corporate associate in the New York office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Her practice focuses on representing private equity sponsors and public and private companies on a broad range of debt finance and restructuring transactions. Sabreena has represented investment banks, hedge funds and private equity funds, as well as corporate borrowers, lenders and investors, in connection with fund financings, leveraged acquisitions, first and second lien syndicated lending transactions, and distressed debt investments.
